Please note our requirements state that you MUST:

1. Make three (3) times the monthly rent in net income.
2. Have a minimum of a 600 credit score or NO credit at all.
3. Minimal collections (if any at all) and NO bankruptcy for the past 12 months.​

Be sure to submit your rental application along with:

1. $45 per adult living in residence.
2. Your last two pay stubs or proof of income (ie. social security statement, child support)
3. Driver's License
4. There is a $150.00 Admin fee at lease signing

The only way to take a property off of the market is with an approved rental application and security deposit.  We DO NOT accept cash.  Please pay via cashier's check or money order.  Security deposits are equal to one months rent.
